Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being place. Items that are listed as Made to Order (ex. photograph prints) will indicate if the shipping window differs.

Shipping is through USPS, Monday - Friday, from Austin, TX.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available.

  • If you live in the Austin area, pick-up can often be arranged. Please contact me before making your purchase and I can provide a free shipping code as well as arrange drop-off.

Order & Return Policies

  • If you are unhappy with your item, an exchange of the same item may be made as long as they are made within 30 days of your order.

An additional shipping charge may apply when dealing with an exchange.

  • All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes the journey can get a bit wild. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.

Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can give you a refill.

  • Some items may be shipped USPS First-Class letter, if that option is selected, and those will not be sent with a tracking number.

For all other USPS orders a tracking will be sent via email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Etc.

  • It depends! But I'm always up for a creative challenge. If you are interested in a commissioned piece or a product featuring existing artwork please contact me.

I'm also available for licensing through my portfolio site.

  • Not at this time, but if you are a retailer interested in carrying my products please contact me.

I do sell in local art markets from time to time, so keep your eyes peeled for announcements.

  • There are some things I put all of my energy into, and many other things that fall by the wayside. Procrastination is real and I'm always trying to prioritize the right things. It's a serious problem, but one I don't want to take too seriously. And here we are.
